RFP FY 25-26 Emergency Behavioral Health Crisis Walk-in Center
This Request for Proposals (RFP) invites qualified community-based organizations to submit proposals to establish and operate an Emergency Behavioral Health Crisis Walk-In Center. The center will provide integrated, immediate care to individuals aged 14 and older who are experiencing behavioral health crises.
Strong consideration will be given to proposals that propose locating the center at the former Lock Haven Hospital site, located at 24 Cree Dr., Lock Haven, PA 17745. The center is intended to serve residents of Lycoming and Clinton Counties, as well as the surrounding counties.
The successful applicant will demonstrate the capacity to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive services for both adolescents and adults, while collaborating with local healthcare, public safety, and social service systems.
