Consumer/Family Satisfaction

About Our Consumer/Family Satisfaction Reports

The Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (OMHSAS) requires Behavioral HealthChoices counties to assess member satisfaction with, and outcomes of, publicly funded behavioral health services provided through participating providers of Community Care Behavioral Health (CCBH). This is accomplished by a Consumer/Family Satisfaction Team (C/FST).

Consumer and family feedback helps inform Providers, Behavioral HealthChoices, and Community Care about how services can be more effective and best support recovery for adults, children, and adolescents. Giving feedback about satisfaction with behavioral health services empowers consumers and families to have a greater role in improving the behavioral health system in Lycoming and Clinton Counties.

Consumer/Family Satisfaction Team surveyors interview members by telephone or face-to-face at a provider location. The information collected is published throughout the year in Quarterly Survey Reports, Provider Individualized Reports, and a Public Document. Quarterly and annual surveys are below.
