Mental Health First Aid provides participants with the knowledge and skills to recognize and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges in adults. This training covers common symptoms, crisis response, how to connect individuals with appropriate support, and the Mental Health First Aid Action Plan (ALGEE) to offer compassionate and effective assistance.
